Do I need an appointment?

Yes, an appointment is required for all services with the exception of Versa Spa spray tan sessions.

  • Please note: A credit/debit card on file or a $25.00 per service deposit is required to book any appointments.

I am uncomfortable with leaving a card on file but would like to book an appointment, what are my options?

20/20 Lux Spa wants to reassure our clients that your credit/debit card information is safe in our system. We are PCI Compliant with the law for data security with our booking system.  However, clients that still feel uncomfortable with credit/debit card storage within our system, we give the option to put down a $25 deposit per service in order to book an appointment.

Does the spa have a waitlist?

YES! We offer a waitlist option. If a spot becomes open due to a cancellation the first person on the list gets priority.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask all clients to please call the spa’s front desk at (662) 638-0770 if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments 24 hours in advance before your scheduled appointment time to give clients on the waitlist a chance to get in. If you are a NO SHOW there will be a $25 fee/per service charged to the card on file.

What if I am running late for my appointment?

A few minutes behind is okay, we understand that sometimes things come up that makes a client run late for their appointment. Depending on how late you are we may need to adjust your appointment or reschedule you for another time.

What is the check in process?

We ask that all clients check in with the front desk prior to service. You will then be escorted to the waiting area where there are color samples for you to choose your color for your service. We allow a few minutes for clients to look over our color samples before your appointment begins.

  • All facial appointments: we ask that all facial appointments check in 15 minutes prior to appointment time to fill out a client intake form

What are my color options?

20/20 Lux Spa & Nails offer color samples in our waiting area that has samples of all the colors and brands we offer at the spa. We do not allow clients to handle product so we ask that you choose your color from our samples in our waiting area prior to your service.

Does the spa offer nail art services?

Yes we do! Clients can either bring in a photo of a design to be replicated or you can let one of our techs get creative! Please note that you MUST mention that you want to add a custom design service to your appointment to allow for enough time for your design.

Can I bring in my own polish?

Absolutely! If you own a color that you prefer, we will be more than happy to use your polish during you service.
